Refund Policy

We offer refunds on eligible purchases within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.

Return Process

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
